We have state-of-the-art infection control policies, procedures, and systems that demonstrate safe and infection-free delivery of oral healthcare that meets or exceeds the Centers for Disease Control’s standards for Dental Practices.

If you or your child are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please inform our team members and we will kindly reschedule your appointment:
- Fever/Headache
- Coughing/Sore Throat
- Shortness of Breath/Difficulty Breathing
- Chills/Sweats/Repeated Shaking with Chills
- Nausea/Vomiting
- Chest Pain or Respiratory symptoms
- Muscle Pain
- New Loss of Taste or Smells
How to protect yourself and stop the spread of germs:
- Sanitize your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, then throw the tissue in the trash.
- Stay at home when you are sick.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- You may be asked to put on a face mask to protect others.
Infection Control Protocols
- We have added medical-grade HEPA filtration units that clean and exchange the air in each room every 15 minutes to each operatory room, the front desk, and the waiting room.
- We are disinfecting all rooms and surfaces thoroughly throughout the day, including a full wipedown of operatory rooms between patients.
- During treatment, PPE worn by staff will include:
- Mask (including N95 masks)
- Gloves
- Face shields
- Surgical gowns
- Daily temperature readings of all team members and patients
- Social distancing for our staff as well as patients
- Pretreatment hand sanitizer and antimicrobial mouth rinse for all patients
- All staff will practice appropriate social distancing and handwashing standards at all times
